Cold use:
1.Put the pack in freezer for two or more hours.
2.Clean and bind up the skin with wound first.
3.Apply the pack to the desired area. Take away the pack if it becomes uncomfortable.
4.Use it together with the cover provided or thin towel.
Hot use:
Heating by hot water
1.Soak the pack into the boiling water (away from the heat source) for about 5 minutes.
2.Pick up the pack and wipe off the water. Check the temperature by the back of your hand before use.
3.Apply the pack to the desired area. Take away the pack if it becomes uncomfortable.
4.Use it together with the cover provided or thin towel.
Heating by microwave oven
1.SOFT Cold/Hot Packs may be heated by microwave oven. Heating time will vary depending on microwave until used. Place Cold/Hot Pack in approved microwave container and cover with water. Determine heating time by JUDICIOUS INCREMENTS of no more than two-or-three-minute intervals. DO NOT microwave SOFT Cold/Hot Pack without covering it with water.
2.Take out the pack. Check the temperature by the back of your hand before use.
3.Apply the pack to the desired area. Take away the pack if it becomes uncomfortable.
4.Use it together with the cover provided or thin towel.
5.The pack can be repeatedly heated and used. However, the heating period of successive usage each time shall not exceed 30 seconds.
Waring:
1.Patient with circulatory problems shall use it under the instruction of doctor. It is inapplicable for patient with serious disease or people feeling unwell for a long time. Please go to see the doctor immediately.
2.For cold pack or hot pack, use with the cover to prevent the user from frostbite or burn.
3.Check the temperature by the back of your hand before use.
4.The pack may break in case of overheating or over-pressure on hot pack, and the gel leakage may cause the scald.
5.Avoid puncturing. Throw away if punctured or leaking.
6.Although the gel is non-poisonous, it is inedible.
